The podcast itself was born out of struggle. A deep freeze in the state of Oklahoma in late 2020 led both Cassie Pound and Leslie Harpole to face the difficulty of trying to help customers when their businesses were struggling in the days of the fractured supply chain. Our mission is empowering each woman in the trades so they can maximize their potential, stay balanced, and confidently claim ownership over life. Because if there's one thing we know for sure: female-led entrepreneurship drives change on multiple levels.
