Explore the difference between mentorship (giving advice) and sponsorship (creating opportunities). Participants will be encouraged to leverage sponsorship to advance their careers and bring others along. Participants will learn how to find a sponsor for themselves and how to sponsor others.

Participants will walk away from this session with practical insights into their own leadership styles and ideas on how to use their leadership abilities to unlock new opportunities for themselves, their teams, and their companies.
